The highs are crisp, but not harsh at all, and the transition from driver to tweeter is virtually seamless. It has a full low-midrange that is both very clear and quick, but also thick. It goes relatively deep, and never seems to chuff or choke on the lowest notes. All in all, a very \"comprehensive,\" refined presentation.

These cabs are articulate throughout all frequencies. In the last week, some of the cats that I respect the most have all commented at how as one guy put it, \"It doesn\'t even sound like your using an amp.\" Uncolored and untextured bass tone.

The horn in this cabinet is a dead-center combo of the crystalline qualities of a larger horn and the velvet from a silk-dome....-- one of the best tweeters ever made!

Beautiful high end; thick, chewy mids; full, controlled low-mids; compact size. Of the brands available today this is the standout in the 112 crowd when size, tone, weight and SPL are all equal considerations.
